Dough Course, Winter Wednesdays

Dough Course - Provincetown Public Library

A hands-on introduction to dough making. Ingredients, recipes and other materials will be provided. Participants are required to wear closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes (sneakers are fine) in the kitchen at all times. You will be able to take what you make home with you.

  • March 29: Quick Breads

“Dough” will be instructed by Shane Landry, the owner of Connie’s Bakery. She has been baking since childhood with his grandmother. Shane has a Bachelor’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University.

Winter Wednesdays sponsored by the Provincetown Public Library are a  free community program offering compelling courses in Provincetown on a drop-in basis during the coldest, darkest months of the year.
