Plant-Based Ethnic Cooking, Winter Wednesdays

Learn about plant-based nutrition and ethnic cuisines from veteran chef Bethany Gregory. Ingredients, recipes and other materials will be provided. Participants are required to wear closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes (sneakers are fine) in the kitchen at all times.
