Betty, Performance at Town Hall

Who: Don’t miss this amazing trio All-Girl alternative rock band! You know them from ‘The L Word’ appearances and theme song, Showtime’s ‘Weeds’, HBO’s ‘Real Sex’ and more! VIP ticket holders will also be invited to a meet and greet with BETTY after the show at WayDownTown.

Jennifer Corday

Who: Corday is an accomplished guitarist, bassist, and cellist, as well as a passionate vocalist and skilled songwriter and storyteller. She has released several critically acclaimed CDs, and has won numerous awards for her performances and videos. 

Her music has been featured in several award-winning lesbian films, such as Elena Undone, And Then Came Lola, We Have To Stop Now, Second Shot, Methhead, and Crazy Bitches. Corday will also appear as an actress in the upcoming TV series, Crazy Bitches.

Lisa Koch, Wild Hormones

Zoe Lewis & Mouth of Babes

Zoe Lewis and Mouths of Babes team up for two shows at Sage Inn.

Zoe Lewis is a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, vaudevillian and Provincetown resident, who has released 8 albums of original material, toured with Judy Collins, the Indigo Girls, Richie Havens, Patty Larkin, Nanci Griffiths and has even opened for Pat Benatar on the ukulele! Vintage jazz, gypsy swing and world-beat originals played on anything from the piano to the spoons. One of life’s true originals. Classic cabaret and a ton of joy!

Mouths of Babes. Ty Greenstein and Ingrid Elizabeth, both long-time singer/songwriters on the contemporary folk music scene, have joined together to form the new duo, Mouths of Babes. This is their first time performing at Provincetown Women’s Week.

Natalia Zukerman: The Philadelphia Daily News calls Natalia Zukerman “ … a wise mix of rootsy styles from torch blues to country swing. If you’re a fan of Madeleine Peyroux, Bonnie Raitt or even Amy Winehouse, you’ll find stuff to connect with here.” Zukerman has worked with musicians such as Janis Ian, Willy Porter, Susan Werner, Erin McKeown, AG, and Garrison Starr. She has released five solo albums of original music is part of the band Winterbloom.

Sister Funk

Wh0: Since 1999, Sister Funk, a 5-piece all female band has been performing on national level playing their fresh funky originals and some of the best pop/rock/dance covers of yesterday and today. Who: Folk musician, singer and songwriter, Lucie Blue Tremblay who has been writing, recording and performing all over the world since 1982, having shared the stage with such prominent names as Randy Newman, James Taylor, Jane Siberry, Pete Seeger, Judi Richards, Sarah McLachlan, Cris Williamson and Meg Christian. Through a universal theme of love, her message explores honor, strength, laughter, thought and peace.

Summer Concert Series at Herring Cove

This FREE concert series showcases local musicians every Wednesday and Sunday summer night. Bring a chair, and enjoy a concert with one of Cape Cod’s most beautiful beach and sunset as a backdrop! Food, drinks, beer and wine are available at the Pavilion from Far Land On The BeachSee complete list of dates and performers.

Payomet Performing Arts Center

The Payomet Performing Arts Center an open air pavilion in Truro – is a short 15 minute drive from Ptown. Some featured acts from summer 2017 include Judy Collins, Darlene Love, Dave Mason, Suzanne Vega, and Graham Nash!

Great Music on Sundays @ 5 Series

The Great Music on Sundays @ 5 Series hosts a different musical program every Sunday.  The music ranges from classical, Broadway, solos and popular music. The Unitarian Universalist Meeting House (“the UU”) includes a Steinway grand piano and a 1850 Holbrook tracker organ. Steve Grand

Steve Grand’s first of many self-funded music videos, All-American Boy, tells the story of unrequited love between two men, and took the internet storm when it was released. It lead the openly gay artist to be lauded as a trailblazer in the entertainment world. Watch Steve’s Youtube channel.

Touring internationally and across the country in 2016, Steve has also made appearances on Good Morning America, CNN, Larry King Now, and other national outlets where he has used his platform to advocate for Human Rights and LGBT Equality.

Billy Porter

Tony Award winner Billy Porter – Lola in Kinky Boots – performs in Provincetown for 2 nights this August. Porter recently released Billy Porter Presents the Soul of Richard Rodgers fto acclaim. Porter’s show at the Crown & Anchor is titled Broadway and Soul.

Jessie Mueller: Broadway @ Town Hall

Who: Broadway actress and singer Jessie Mueller will perform at Provincetown Town Hall this Labor Day weekend. Mueller won a Tony, Drama Desk and Grammy award for her starring role as Carol King in the musical Beautiful. She also starred in and was nominated for a Tony, Drama Desk and Grammy award her starring role in Sara Bareilles’ hit Broadway musical Waitress. Mueller is set to star in the upcoming revival of Carousel.
