Illusions Drag Revue

Provincetown’s first ladies of high drag combine glamour, comedy, and amazing songs in a Las Vegas-style drag revue at the Crown and Anchor. Details

Lee Squared: The Liberace and Peggy Lee Comeback Tour

Miss Conception

Miss Richfield 1981, Gender Fluids

Raja, Lush Life

Raja, winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 3, returns to Provincetown with her new show, Lush Life! Filled with stories and music that remind you to take a giant bite out of life and to indulge in all that is good. Details and Schedule


Mondays: This iconic Monday night show is a mashup of a weekly talent show, your favorite queens, celebrity guest stars, and every level of camp. And it’s hosted by the biggest showgirls of them all, Ryan Landry, and members of his acting troupe, the Gold Dust Orphans. Details

Varla Jean Merman

After 25 years of giving over 75% of her best at every performance, Varla is well, tired. With fierce competition from Kardashians, Drag Race and social influencers, Varla might have to make an effort this year. Details

Trixie Mattel

Wed, 8/23: Trixie Mattel, crowned winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 3, returns to Provincetown this summer for one night only!  Known for her life-in-plastic aesthetic, Trixie has been charming audiences for years with her unmatched performance style, razor-sharp reads, and off-color comedy as a dazzling host and emcee personality. Marti Gould Cummings

Marti Gould Cummings is a NYC based drag artist, who performs weekly in NYC alongside the cities leading broadway and nightlife talents. His comedy and musical concerts have taken him around the world. Details

July 2019

Steve Grand

7/2 – 9/5 (Tue – Thur): Steve Grand first music video, All-American Boy, tells the story of unrequited love between two men, and took the internet storm when it was released. Since then, Grand has been touring nationally and internationally. Details

Esera Tuaolo

July/Aug (Various): Known for his musical performances on The Voice, Esera Tuaolo performs returns to Provincetown. In addition to his music career, Tuaolo played in the NFL for nine years and will share stories of his days in the NFL. Tuaolo is joined this year by his cousin, Polylava, who will open the show. Tori Scott

Wed, 7/3 & Mon, 7/29: Tori Scott returns to Provincetown with her new show Tori Scott is Pickled!, a shameless musical journey with blackouts and belting. Details

Jessie Mueller

Broadway actress and singer Jessie Mueller returns to Provincetown this summer for two shows. Mueller won a Tony, Drama Desk and Grammy award for her starring role as Carol King in the musical Beautiful. Details

Matt Alber

Mon, 7/15: Matt Alber’s music spans folk rock and alternative, and he plays both acoustic guitar and piano in his live performances. Details

Lucie Arnaz

Mon, 7/22: Lucie Arnaz returns to her theater roots, celebrating a life on stage, and looking back at some of the roles she’s had. Details

Melissa Crispo

Wed, 7/24 – Fri, 7/26: Melissa Crispo’s powerhouse voice is a cross between Melissa Etheridge, Sheryl Crow and Stevie Nicks. Crispo has gained quite the following after being a part of The Melissa Etheridge Cruise for the past three years. Details

August 2019

Deven Green with Ned Douglas

Sat, 8/3, Mon, 8/5 & Tue, 8/6: Live comedy performer and internet video sensation, Deven Green brings her show, The Human Jukebox, to Provincetown. Devon, along with Ned Douglas will sing songs from the 1920’s to today on electric ukulele and guitar. Details

Well Strung String Quartet

Sun, 8/11 & Tue, 8/13 – Fri, 8/16: Well-Strung – the critically acclaimed singing string quartet – returns to Provincetown for one week only at The Art House.  Details

John Lloyd Young

Tue, 8/13: Tony and Grammy winner John Lloyd Young performs one show at the Crown and Anchor’s Paramount stage. Young starred as the original “Frankie Valli” in Broadway’s Tony Award-winning Best Musical, Jersey Boys. Details

Linda Lavin

Mon, 8/5 & Tues, 8/6: Tony and Golden Globe award winner Linda Lavin returns to Provincetown accompanied by the acclaimed Billy Stritch for 2 shows only. Details

Countess Luann de Lesseps and Friends

Sat, 8/24: An original cast member of The Real Housewives of New York, Luann de Lesseps (Countess Luann) started packing venues this past year with her show, #COUNTESSANDFRIENDS, to accolades from venerable publications such as Vanity Fair and The New York TimesDetails

Linda Eder

Mon, 8/26 & Tues, 8/27: Masterful in many music genres, Linda Eder is happiest on stage singing for her audiences. While regularly performing in large venues  across the United States and Europe to sold-out houses, Eder returns to Provincetown each summer. Details

Sandra Bernhard

Fri, 8/9 & Sat, 8/10: The comedy group Unitard returns to Provincetown to performs their new show, Badassy. Details

Matt Bellassai, Unhappy Hour

Fri, 8/23: Matt Bellassai, host of the weekly web series, “To Be Honest,” stops in Provincetown for one show only on his national comedy tour titled, Unhappy Hour! The former BuzzFeed comedy writer co-created, wrote and produced the web series “Whine About It,” a weekly video series where he got drunk alone and violated numerous Human Resources bylaws. Details

The Soul Sessions – Oversoul Theatre Collective

What: The Soul Sessions promises to party like it’s 1968! Set in a subterranean Greenwich Village club, The Soul Session pays tribute to the urban soul music clubs of the late 1960s and early 70’s.

Provincetown Dance Festival

What: This annual dance festival showcases artists and dancers from a range of dance: hip-hop, ballet, classical Indian dance, tap, and contemporary dance. This year the dance festival Artistic Director Adam Miller will debut a new contemporary ballet piece by his dance company, The Adam Miller Dance Project.

When: Fri, 6/21 & Sat, 6/22 at 7:30 pm

Taylor 2: Paul Taylor Masterworks

Wh0: Marking its first performance in Provincetown, Taylor 2 will perform a full evening of Paul Taylor’s masterworks. Currently on their celebration tour, honoring the great American choreographer, Paul Taylor established Taylor 2 in 1993. Read more

Cape Dance Festival

What: The annual Cape Dance Festival presents a spectacular evening of dance at the Province Lands Outdoor Amphitheater. Dancers include: Cirio Collective, Chalvar Monteiro, local hip hop icons Billy and Bobby McClain, Limón Dance Company’s Kristen Foote, Provincetown’s Eryc Taylor. What: AirOtic describes their show as a “sexy and sensual circus style show! Physique, strength, burlesque and high level acrobatics leave the audience on the edge of their seat.”
